Checking to see what movies were playing tonight. Didn't even know this movie existed. Decided to check and see how packed it was in my rural Eastern NC town. This is for the showing starting in 30min(lemmy.world)

And even further, only those exact same two seats are ‘taken’ for every single showing.

I thought for sure the after church showings tomorrow would be at least somewhat full, but nope.

I got curious. This showing is in about 90 minutes, in one of the reddest counties in the country.

There is another show tonight that has about 10 tickets sold.

If this is in one of the reddest counties, then that means NONE of this means anything, other than this movie did a terrible job advertising. Even to their base. Nobody knows the movie exists.
