Not just radioactive soil, literally in the red zone of Chernobyl in a forest, you cant get more radioactive unless you dig a trench in the Elefants foot directly.

I love that with the new lemmy update you can block instances if your instance doesn’t defederate, and it’s hilarious to me that the blocked instance still sees your content, but you don’t see theirs.
So every time I make fun of them, I know I’m getting a ton of replies, but I don’t have to see any of them. They’re screaming into the wind and they get so angry when you point this out, I’ve had people swap to a new instance just to copy and paste comments like I’m not just going to ignore that too.

It was pretty funny. We were federated for like a week before they closed off, and it was an interesting week.
The Soviet Union’s brutality is what won the war. Russia’s current brutality is what will cost them the war. These two countries are not the same and these two historical events are not the same. The Soviet Union had to take desperate measures or be considered by the Nazis. Putin is the aggressor that’s trying to expand his empire and use Ukraine as a proxy war with the West.
Remember how people said that Enemy at the Gates was unrealistic and the author was making events up for his memoir?
