Bidenomics has been a disaster. Things are not as rosy as they claim.
And that justifies political ads in the metadata of a pop station because …
If i want politics I’ll go to a news channel. If I want music I expect the channel to not be politically involved.
So anything is allowed if the ad is paid for? The KKK can pay for an ad that says “Kill the N—s” and that’s ok?
When one of you are willing to offer up an alternative solution that even remotely resembles an inclination that you’re paying attention to the problem at hand- we’ll start taking you seriously.
Until then, you’ll remain the joke that you are to everyone with a functioning brain.
You mean like tax cuts for the rich to fix every problem? Because that’s all they have.
That accelerated with Regan and has been the status quo for every president since. Biden proposed a wealth tax and it got stone walled by a Republican congress. You could argue it’s all for show but laying it at his feet is a little “mask off” with your intent.
Still likely a troll account just don’t want you convincing the less critically inclined of insanity.
Edit: replied to the wrong person, this was meant to be a reply to the parent comment saying that “bidenomics” was the problem oops.
Soviet flag PFP… That’s all you need to know
Theres no arguing with these people - that would be expecting the most basic level of critical thinking
This type of comment that says their side is right… are just hilarious to me. Corporations bought your government through bill riders packed in 1,000 page bills.
Neither side wants to fix this mess, because their millions in campaign funding relies on keeping corporations and fat cats happy.
If you are in the bottom 95%, you aren’t being served by your government anymore.
This Conservative vs Liberal fighting is exactly what they want. Serves as a nice distraction.
bOtH siDeZ tHo, riTe?
This type of comment that says both sides are equally bad are just hilarious to me. People riding the fence is what got us here.
Shit of get off the pot. We’re not in a pace where we can afford to NOT choose sides anymore.
Just wait until you learn who cranked the interest rates down to nothing and handed a bunch of free money to the rich at a time when supply chains were almost completely shut down during the pandemic…
I feel like that doesn’t get discussed enough. The supplements provided under trump hindered way more than they helped. Might I remind you that those were promised and then delayed because Trump wanted his fucking name printed on the checks. Outside of that, the paycheck protection program was a disaster! So many companies took advantage of that while shitting all over the employees that that was supposed to help. All the while, mom and pop shops and other local places got shafted because the mega corporations tapped the fund. Then it all got forgiven?? You’ve got what is essentially neutered unemployment benefits performed solely to act as a clout grab, and you’ve got hyper inflation into the absolute wrong end of the scale of where it should go. More people focus on the former instead of the latter like the latter never happened.
Everyone knows it was all bullshit but try to remember nearly every day of all four years of Trump’s presidency, and months prior campaigning, were filled to the brim with bullshit. Many people, myself included, just gave up on politics for a while after he lost to Biden just to try and stay mildly sane.
Wait until you hear that Biden kept the guy that cranked down those interest rates, the same one that now has interest rates for homes in the upper 8%. Then kept those tax cuts for the rich, while pretending the inflation was due to supply chain issues and not capitalist greed.
Economy in freefall, constantly rising inflation, interest rates through the roof and home prices not falling at all
Free fall, meaning? Inflation is going down. Interest rates are a mechanism to control inflation, and historically are not all that high. Housing is a problem, but nobody is going to do much about it because something something free market. Not everything is great, but not dismal either. I don’t really see how this is Biden’s fault, but I am sure people will still blame.
No, things aren’t rosy. What happened under trump was a corporate apologist shitshow though.
Lol. Imagine watching Trump during covid and then thinking “exactly what we have right now”. What a trash take.
Oh. I guess your username is accurate! Well!
Much less of one than what happened under Trump. When disaster struck, Trump’s first thought was to bail out big companies over actually helping the people. Infact frequently he put the people dead last. At least Biden has done and tried to do a few things for the common person.
Things are honestly pretty fuckin rosy in the greater context of what could have happened
Lol gas prices are all you care about?
You do realise presidents don’t set those, right?
When was this time that gas was under a dollar? You talking about the late 90s?
What do you want me to say? The choice was between total shit and kinda shit. That’s what’s wrong with the two party entrenchment
Neat, a potential FCC violation. I don’t know if this violates the advertisement disclosure requirement for political ads, but I bet someone at the FCC does.
I’m just going to leave this handy dandy FCC complaint form here. Don’t mind me.
It wasn’t from some stupid commercial?
Yeah. That’s what I’m thinking. I’ve seen websites on my car display that match up with the commercial that’s playing. If that website paid for ad time, then there’s nothing shady going on here. Well, no more shady than any other advertising.
They have different metadata during regular commercials. And doing metadata during songs. This only shows up when the “DJ” is speaking.
That yellowing of Tesla screens is some bullshit
I can hear them approaching now…
It’s easy because the panel gaps make a kinda whistling noise
Well, they can speak for themselves.
IDK why all you social justice warriors feel the need to defend everyone else. Smh.
(/s … If it wasn’t obvious)
When we first talked about the touch-screen, the guys came back and said, ‘There’s nothing like that in the automotive supply chain,’” Musk said. “I said, ‘I know. That’s because it’s never been put in a fucking car before.’” Musk figured that computer manufacturers had tons of experience making seventeen-inch laptop screens and expected them to knock out a screen for the Model S with relative ease. “The laptops are pretty robust,” Musk said. “You can drop them and leave them out in the sun, and they still have to work.” After contacting the laptop suppliers, Tesla’s engineers came back and said that the temperature and vibration loads for the computers did not appear to be up to automotive standards. Tesla’s supplier in Asia also kept pointing the carmaker to its automotive division instead of its computing division. As Musk dug into the situation more, he discovered that the laptop screens simply had not been tested before under tougher automotive conditions, which included large temperature fluctuations. When Tesla performed the tests, the electronics ended up working just fine.

He still applies this attitude today in all matters.
