I was thinking of the Middle East from Iran to UAE. I’m Marxist-Leninist but the people I know who support Russia aren’t. People work out their politics here from Palestine. The US abuse of its veto in support of Israel is a big reason why it is hated and people want another system.
The one thing I don’t get is the UAE’s angle given its good relations with the US and Israel, but perhaps they too have something to gain.
