I’ve been thinking this. I get that reddit is a huge platform, but that’s exactly why we should let them figure out their own mess. It’s not our problem.

I wonder if internally, they’re panicking.

Well it at least is an obstacle. Broke hackers won’t get it or will have to work harder to get around it.

I imagine this is why many people that might consider it just dont. It’s easier sometimes to just do the expected things at the expense of one’s self.

$8500? That’s his entire salary for risking death for 6 months in a mercenary group? That sounds like a terrible deal.

I get where they’re coming from. Moderating a huge online presence where people can make posts about things is difficult and costly. But… It’s their platform and they’re in charge of it. So… It kinda sounds like they have to.
