Yes, it’s a great game, and you start the game by being penitrated (by a bullet to the head)

I’d recommend mods unless you also like being pegged by bugs and crashes. Also possibly something to help with combat, it’s a little jank when not using V.A.T.S.

I got the game free on epic, which meant i got shafted by bugs :)
