This seems to be the sex megathread today, so now’s a good time to ask: how do I get rid of boners? I don’t mean random erections, those have pretty much gone away, but rather all erections, including when I’m aroused. I know the advice for keeping erections is “use it or loose it”, but I hardly ever “use” it. Sometimes though when I’m reading, uh, “literature” it can get engorged. Is that contributing to it? How much is too much? Do I just need to avoid all sexy thoughts for a few months? I’ve been on hormones for a little over a year, but I don’t know if that’s earlier or later than normal for ED. I’m also wondering if, since I’m more of a “grower”, it might just be harder for me because it doesn’t take as much blood to get things moving. Any tips or advice would be appreciated, I’ve even considered getting a chastity cage just for this lol

I want to preserve tissue for bottom surgery, so I try to make it engorged for 10-20 minutes per week. But i dont want it getting engorged otherwise. I want it to stay soft and flaccid, easy to tuck/control, while still being, you know, sensitive to stimulation such as a vibrator. I feel like if it wasnt at risk of getting engorged i would be so much more comfortable getting fully undressed with a partner. As it is i keep everything tucked as well i can during sex, which is difficult and sometimes painful.

Yeah that’s a big reason why I want to get rid of them. Like the thought of being naked with a partner and having one is kinda mortifying and when I’m alone it tends to kill the mood and make the experience worse

Late to party but this is going to be the opposite effect, a cage low key stimulates the whole time it’s worn.
