lol I keep working out my biceps and my calves keep getting muscly but not my biceps. Must be my body!

tbh most people barely even realize that the butt is made of muscle, i think they just conceptualize it as all fat or something.

as i’ve been going out on more walks, especially in hilly terrain, i’ve actually realized how to use my ass muscle and it makes it soooo much easier.
