Congress had a huge Anti-Ǒ̴̰̘̲̭̿͑̒̒͐̀̋̕͜r̷̡͍̼̹̥̻͖̤̅͑͌̋͌͗b̶̡̛͈̺̬͙̰̙͖̘͔̳̲̦̦͖̄͆̃͂͆͠ caucas after WWII. It’s a miracle we got the Ǒ̴̰̘̲̭̿͑̒̒͐̀̋̕͜r̷̡͍̼̹̥̻͖̤̅͑͌̋͌͗b̶̡̛͈̺̬͙̰̙͖̘͔̳̲̦̦͖̄͆̃͂͆͠s we did.
