I can tell they are banned from !lemmyshitpost because they never downvote me there call me crazy 🤷♀️
A while ago I slighted the darksouls fans on here and the next day I noticed that every comment I had ever made had extra downvotes on them
Do people really have that kind of effort in them? Must be nice.
The lemmy.blahaj.zone instance doesn’t permit or show downvotes and its one of its best features.
It’s definitely a thing that happens. I notice sometimes that I’ll get 1 downvote across all my recent stuff, even the stuff that’s super anodyne, like posting a link to a historical artifact when someone asks for it. Apparently, a space in their head is rent-free, and you’re occupying it.
They probably just like you and don’t know how to tell you.
