Gaming for over 30 years and I’ve seen vastly more waterfalls without secrets behind them than there have been waterfalls that do. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Theres just some quick crack hit about finding an easy secret behind a waterfall that we search for our entire lives. Its just cheap dopamine.

I feel like I’m in the minority, but I still get a little excited every time. Probably more due to β€œThey did it! That’s sweet” than β€œI was right”. I think it’s because it still means it was made by somebody who cares

what I really want is a snarky 4th wall breaking note about expecting to find treasure behind a water fall with possible implications of niavety

There’s a jukebox behind it playing β€œdon’t go chasing waterfalls…”

The first time I played The Binding of Isaac, on the first tinted rock I saw and bombed its gave me an spirit heart. You can believe the disappointment I had finding that not every tinted rock gives you a spirit heart.
